• Limit the order quantities of any product available to an individual customer.
• Modify, adjust, or completely discontinue products at any time.
• Refuse service or production updates to anyone for any legitimate structural reason.

We strive to ensure product descriptions, design images, and pricing metrics are completely accurate, but we do not guarantee that all database information is error-free.

4. Orders & Payments

By placing an order for custom fulfillment, you agree that:

• All billing and shipping profile details provided are accurate and complete.
• You are fully authorized to use the selected payment network instrument.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any production order due to suspected payment fraud, listing infrastructure errors, product canvas unavailability, or incorrect validation details. If your order is canceled after payment is verified, a complete full refund will be processed.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery fulfillment windows are general estimates and may vary depending on geographic location and external transit factors.
• We hold no structural responsibility for delays caused by shipping carrier exceptions, global customs checkpoints, or incorrect address entries.
• Customers hold full responsibility for providing accurate shipping details before order processing.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Our complete structural parameters for handling returns and order refunds include the following frameworks:

6.1 30-Day Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of item delivery if:

• The physical item arrived damaged or defective from production.
• You received the wrong custom product configuration entirely.
• The item is completely unused and stored in its original packaging.

Non-returnable items: Used or worn custom apparel items, completely personalized custom layouts once printed, or final sale clearance options.

6.2 How to Request a Return

To request a return, contact us within 48 hours if the item is damaged or incorrect. Provide your Full Name, Order Number, reason details, and photo proof to: contact@primeinsurre.com. Do not send items back without explicit support approval.

6.3 Return Shipping & Process

• Customers assume responsibility for return shipping costs unless the production error lies entirely on our end. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
• Approved refunds are processed and issued back to the original source within 5–10 business days after physical inspection. Shipping fees remain non-refundable.
