1. Order Processing

  • All print fulfillment queues and custom production items are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation is established.
  • Orders are processed dynamically Monday through Friday, excluding standard corporate holidays.
  • Once your order items leave our production facilities and are scanned by the carrier, you will receive an automated confirmation email detailing tracking logs.

2. Shipping Timelines

  • Standard delivery distribution takes approximately 6–7 business days within the borders of the United States.
  • Fulfillment turnarounds may fluctuate slightly during heavy seasonal volumes, regional sales surges, or unexpected transport carrier delays.

3. Shipping Locations

We handle operational delivery routes across the United States only. International shipping pathways are currently unavailable.

4. Shipping Charges

All shipping charges, if applicable to your order volume, are calculated dynamically and displayed transparently at checkout before you authorize payment metrics.

5. Order Tracking

The moment your package is labeled and leaves the printing infrastructure, unique parcel tracking IDs will automatically forward to your registered email coordinate. This allows you to track and monitor delivery statuses in real time.

6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your package encounters structural delays past the calculated delivery timeframe, or if the transit logs point to a total carrier loss, please contact our support desk immediately. We will initiate a swift investigation with the carrier network to locate or replace your merchandise.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check that your destination coordinates and phone data are flawless before sending payment. Prime Insure llc cannot be held liable for delivery exceptions, returned cargo, or failed arrivals stemming from inaccurate data submission at checkout.
