2. Orders and Payments

  • By sending an order request, you confirm that your transaction medium is completely authorized and holds active limits.
  • Prime Insure llc handles strict security sweeps and can block any layout project showing automated risks, code errors, or design mismatch.

3. Shipping and Delivery

  • Turnaround windows and dispatch timetables are strict calculations but can fluctuate based on regional weather or transit bottlenecks.
  • It remains the client's sole duty to confirm drop points are validated correctly before paying.
  • We assume zero handling liability for tracking failures or lost parcels caused by carrier fault or address mixups.

4. Refunds & Returns

4.1 30-Day Return Eligibility

You may initiate a return claim within 30 days of shipment arrival only if:

  • The delivered custom print item differs completely from your approved visual proof.
  • The custom inventory layers remain clean, unwashed, and packed in original condition boxes.

Non-returnable items: Merch that has been worn, laundered, or modified; fully customized print profiles after physical inks are cured; clearouts; and promotional credits.

4.2 How to Request a Return

To request a return, contact us within 48 hours if the item is damaged or incorrect. Provide your Full Name, Order Number, reason details, and photo proof to our official inbox: contact@primeinsurre.com. Do not ship elements back to manufacturing facilities without an approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from our staff.

4.3 Return Shipping & Final Actions

  • Return shipping labels are the responsibility of the customer unless an internal print queue mixup occurred on our end. We suggest using trace-ready freight tracking channels.
  • Once items are back in our warehouse inventory and inspected, we will notify you of the status. Approved resolutions are processed to the original payment instrument within 5–10 business days. Original courier fees are non-refundable.

4.4 Exchanges & Cancellations

  • We only swap items if they are damaged from factory assembly or processed wrong. Contact us to sync alternative print replacements.
  • Custom print setups can be dropped within a 12-hour limit post-checkout before physical raw fabrics hit the laser tables. After processing, the order must follow standard return paths.
